APRIL 29, 2023

Love Ceres is scheduled for Saturday, April 29, 2023 starting with our Kick-Off Rally beginning 8:00 a.m.  The rally will be at Whitmore Park in Downtown Ceres.  We will have breakfast burritos supplied by the Ceres Lion's Club, Coffee and Donuts supplied by Ceres Code Enforcement. Music and Information Booths, plus facepainting and games for the kids.  Each volunteer must register on this site under the project they plan to attend.

If you register before the event,

the first 300 will get a free T-Shirt.

Every volunteer is required to check-in at one of our two Check-In Booths at the park.  During check-in, the first 300 volunteers will receive their free Love Ceres T-Shirt.  List of projects, equipment and participating businesses will be handed out during the rally.  You will also meet our new mascot whose name will be announced during the rally.  If you have a name idea and would like to enter the contest, go to Love Ceres on Facebook, loveceresca on Instagram or email us at LoveCeresCa@gmail.com.

In 2022, over 240 people were involved in Love Ceres.  This year we would like to exceed that number.  City of Ceres declared a proclamation making the last Saturday of April each year as Love Ceres Day.

Don't forget to sign up and register for a project before April 27th so we can get the information to our Project Leaders.  If you attend on the day of the event and you are not registered, please let our check-in volunteers know.

As always, thank you for volunteering in our community!
